Voter Certificates have been mailed | |||||||||
You should have received your voter certificate card in the mail. The certificates are yellow and do not require any additional information from you unless the information contained on the certificate is wrong or needs to be modified. You do not mail this certificate back to the elections office, this is your to keep and bring with you to the polls on election day or during early voting. As a reminder voter certificates are replaced every two years and are different colors than the prior year certificates. Please discard any prior certificates. Wood County, Texas and its incorporated cities have entered into an agreement with Emergency Communications Network, Inc (ECN) for the use of its CodeRED Emergency Notification system. This system utilizes land-line phones, cellular phones, e-mail, and TXT messages to deliver notifications about emergency or non-emergency situations as quickly as possible to the citizens of Wood County or the incorporated cities there in. | |||||||||

This plan is formally known as the Wood County Criminal Justice Community Plan, the purpose of which is to identify gaps in services regarding criminal justice issues. The Criminal Justice Division of the Governor’s Office (CJD) requires that each county in Texas have a Criminal Justice Community Plan. | |||||||||
